This is a five-week introduction to practicing mindfulness followed by five weeks of mindfulness practice. Mindfulness may be useful in managing symptoms of depression and anxiety.
With a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan, this group has a $10 out-of-pocket fee per session.

Session 5 Willingness To Be With Things As They Are
Sessions 6 to 10 will incorporate mindfulness practice learned during the initial five weeks such as grounding exercises, mindfulness of breathing, loving kindness and supportive touch practices, and body scan.
